Absolutely thrilled with the service from Matt and his team (Axel and Travis). Really quick turn around from reaching out to Matt and having one of the guys come around to do works. Used the company for the first time in April when I first moved into my home for some pipe works and hooking up water to a fridge, and had no hesitation calling them again when I had issues with my kitchen tap. Very thrilled with their work, cleanliness, explanations and pricing.

Amazing service and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend as they did a top job. The guys came on a Saturday and dug up and replaced our storm water pipes cause they had tree roots through them. Kept us fully informed along the way, showed us the tree roots and their work, and tested and cleaned up afterwards. Very impressed. They were very professional and friendly.

I discovered a leak at my property earlier this morning. I called Matt as I saw that his was a local business and I thought he could attend quickly. I was not disappointed... Within 30 minutes of me speaking with him, he was at my address and had identified the issue in no time. He quickly replaced a damaged section of pipe for us and his rates were fair and reasonable. If you need your hot water system replaced, I can't recommend Wyndham Vale Plumbing highly enough. Our old gas system had been failing on and off, so we got a few quotes. Wyndham Vale came in at a very fair price, and Matt was clear and upfront from the first phone call: the quote covered the full job end to end, with no hidden extras. The man who came to do the job was outstanding. He removed the old unit and storage tank and installed a new Rheem continuous flow system, and the workmanship is excellent: neat, professional, and everything works perfectly. He clearly knows his trade inside out, and he was polite, friendly and genuinely helpful the whole time. Quality work, a fair price and great people. That's exactly what you want from a tradie. We'll be using Wyndham Vale Plumbing again and happily recommending them to family and friends.

I’m incredibly grateful to have found Matt from Wyndham Vale Plumbing. Before contacting Matt, my property manager arranged another plumber to inspect a leak in my two-year-old home. After the inspection, I was given a report full of possibilities and was even told that the toilet might need to be completely replaced. There was no clear diagnosis or solution. Matt's approach was completely different. He arrived on time, carried out a thorough investigation using an inspection camera, quickly identified the exact source of the leak, explained everything clearly, and fixed the problem during the same visit. Wyndham Vale Plumbing provided great service when I needed it. Actually tried a number of other support options during the day to get my Gas water heater repaired or replaced and it was only Wyndham Vale Plumbing who were able to provide that immediate support and action to repair. NEW 2026 REVIEW. Google doesn't seem to let you post additional reviews if you use a business more than once (you have to edit) but I would give WVP an additional 5 stars if I could. I called Matt this morning as we'd discovered a leak from the roof/solar hot water system. Matt has Jett and the team out just after lunch and they fixed the issue really easily and I don't have to stress thinking my (and the neighbours) roof is going to cave in or anything. Absolutely awesome team, really friendly and helpful. Would recommend every time. (2023 review) Matt (and co) were amazing! Gave Matt a call just before 10:00am this morning because our hot water had gone out the night before and he was here by 11:00 and we had hot water by 11:30! I'd seen other businesses with reviews quoting thousands and bad service and Wyndham Vale Plumbing reviews saying how nice Matt was and how reasonable everything was so I went with them and I'm glad I did. We had a faulty valve on our solar hot water system and Matt replaced it quickly, was super friendly and he even popped on the roof and checked all the solar units. Had a quick chat about what replacing our system with a new one would cost when it finally gives up (the replacement cost is what I was expecting to spend on repairs!) and will 100% be using WVP to do the install when the time comes.

Connected with Matt purely based on a past job (brand new Gas Cook-top installation which was fantastic quality job too with all compliance tests, certificates etc) his team did for us through another trades team for a So, connected with Matt again to get a quote to replace our 13years old Rinnai Hot water tank system which was about to fail anytime type scenario (cracks at the bottom of the tank, rusting and mositure all around at the bottom portion). The pricing was genuine for the amount of work involved. Matt was extremely prompt from start to the end and advised perfect. We chose to install RHEEM 26L/min continuous flow unit. Old unit was disposed off and Old Solar boost system disconnected too. The packed brand new unit was opened at the job location too. In addition, we got 01x dual cold water tap installed and 01x capped T-Joint for hot water for future needs if required. Matt and his team was found to be highly skilled in their trades with full professional grade tools required for the job. The Rothenburg B-Press for pipe joining was a good to see experience too. All genuine accessories were used and clean job end to end. (On-time arrival etc). All jobs done were tested, guaranteed and compliance certificate issued. No shortcuts. All genuine and clean install with first time right experience as seen. It was a good experience to view the job from start to end. 1.5hrs and all done. We will surely connect with Matt for any future jobs, also surely recommend Matt and his team for any jobs in their trades.

Today I had the pleasure of having Wyndham vale plumbing come to my place and fix my blocked sink , which turned out to be a corroded pipe which needed to be replaced, the two plumbers that did the job where professional,,friendly and nothing was a problem.price was very reasonable and being pensioners were looked after, would we have them back YOU BET.... I recently have had Wyndham Vale Plumbing attend a few plumbing issues at my property recently, the latest being broken sewerage pipe works. I can honestly say they are very reliable, affordable and professional in all the works they have done for me, down to the minor washer and tap replacements, repairs to my HWS and my most recently , repairs to my broken sewerage pipes. A big thank you to Trav and Jett for remaining until dark to get job completed so I wasn’t left without toilets overnight. Thanks again Matt you have a great crew.

We've dealt with these guys a few times but wanted an "emergency" plumbing company for a change for some reason. They said they wouldn't have came until the next day even though we rang them up first thing in the morning with a leaky hot water tap. After we found that the "emergency" company was gonna come the next day, we decided to return to Wyndham Vale Plumbing and they came promptly and fixed the issue very quickly. I understand plumbing materials have to be increasing in pricing but these people don't overcharge unlike PlumbFirst or Metropolitan Plumbing because they dig up the ground for some issue that is nowhere near as bad as what they make it sound like. No nonsense digging from these guys whatsoever and they charge fairly for the issue and make the work easy. Cheers to the staff.

Amazing service and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend as they did a top job. The guys came on a Saturday and dug up and replaced our storm water pipes cause they had tree roots through them. Kept us fully informed along the way, showed us the tree roots and their work, and tested and cleaned up afterwards. Very impressed. They were very professional and friendly.

Rang Matt at 7.30am ,explained I had no hot water, he had one of his guys at my door at 8.00am to inspect problem with hot water heater. Nick confirmed new one was needed. Returned with new hot water heater within an hour or so and had hot water by 10.30am. Excellent customer service guys ,would recommend you to anyone,

I highly recommend these guys. Trav came out and fixed my grey water tank pump problem within 30 minutes! And the fee was reasonable. My grey water tank is connected to the toilet flushing system. Last year the tank pump motor had been switching on and off randomly for no reason and also started leaking. I had two different opinions on what the problem was with extreme price quotes, which was confusing so I didn't get it fixed. Finally this month after the torrential rainfall, I thought best try to find another plumber and found Max/Wyndham Vale Plumbing and I am so glad I did! I cannot recommend these guys enough! Thanks Max and Trav!

Called Matt on a public holiday with an emergency request for my elderly father who is 88. His hot water service had blown overnight, leaving him with no hot water. I called enquiring about a very old gas hot water system. I thought I could smell gas. The response was immediate. It wasn't as bad as thought. But, the hot water system was on its last legs. Within half a day, my mind was put at rest. New system installed. Highly recommend. Communication was fantastic. Service matched.

Matt and Trev attended my home and did a supply and install of a kitchen tap. Did a great, quick and clean job at a price which was about a third of what another local plumbing business quoted me (tried to rip me off). Rang David and explained my gas water heater problem then got a quote straightaway. As promised 20 minutes later the plumbers arrived at my house. Matt and his team were in and out in under an hour leaving us with a nice new gas water heater system. Workmanship is top class and neat as well. No dramas no surprises whatsoever - highly recommended! Will call them again for related issues in the future.
